Where do I start? Wow, never thought after 20 years of marriage I would find myself in this situation, but I can tell you what over a year's time having the right legal support will do for you. Charles is well versed in what he does, he will be very frank with you even when things seem rocky and help you to see light at the end of the tunnel. When you reach that point and feel there is no end, he will get you across the finish line. You may have questions, he answers promptly, but he doesn't waste your time and funds unnecessarily like others may do. Going through mediation with him is where you finally get to see where someone who is well versed goes into action, patient, courteous, and when cornered with unrealistic terms he comes alive like a pit bull cornered, and let me be frank with you, if you didn't retain Charles, you'll wish you did! Mark my word!
